He oversees procurement, vendor management and various administrative tasks. He ensures distributing supplies, issuance of assets necessary for daily operations and inventory management. He tracks inventory levels, negotiate with suppliers and ensure cost-effective purchasing. He is responsible for GeM related purchases and interface with purchase committee for procurement. He coordinates with outsourcing agency and maintenance of staff related to housekeeping activities. He is overall in charge for orderly maintenance of institutional vehicle[s]. Additionally, he oversees stationary supplies, ensuring availability and proper utilization, contributing to efficient workflow and resource management within the organization.
