R. Lalbikzuala is a Senior Project Associate at the Department of Scouting, Documentation, and Database Management (SDDM) at Guwahati Cell for NE Region. He previously joined as a Research Assistant (2011-12) in Mizoram University, a S&D project sponsored by NIF. Then he re-joined NIF as an Innovation Associate (2017), holding his post as Senior Project Associate. His functional area encompasses the state of Mizoram, working in different projects under SDDM activities. R. Lalbikzuala holds a Master degree in Biotechnology from Jamia Milia Islamia University, New Delhi. He is engaged in SDDM, VARD, IPM and DSD activities of NIF in Mizoram including coordination of INSPIRE MANAK.
