Pintu Hati is Senior Project Associate at the Department of Scouting, Documentation, and Database Management (SDDM) in National Innovation Foundation-India, Guwahati Cell for NE Region, Assam, India. He joined NIF in 2017 as an Innovation Associate, working on different projects under SDDM activities. He is mostly focused in different districts of North Bengal, West Bengal, and Sikkim. He holds a Master degree in Labour Studies and Social Protection from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. Mr. Pintu Hati involves in S&D activities, VARD and dissemination of suitable grassroots innovations and capacity-building of new recruits of NIF etc.
