Mr. Devendra Tiwari has 15+ years of post-qualification experience, of which he has worked 7+ years as a Journalist in main stream National Level Print and Electronic media organizations. Presently, he is working with INSPIRE –MANAK team, liaising with State/Local Government functionaries and reputed technological institutions for implementation of Government of India schemes, attracting meaningful participation, engaging in last mile dissemination of information to achieve the objective of the scheme.
