Er. Sumit pursued his bachelor’s in Agricultural Engineering from college of Agricultural Engineering and Technology, Junagadh Agricultural University, Junagadh, Gujarat. He is native of Ashoknagar, Madhya Pradesh.

He did trainings during his bachelors in Northern Region farm Machinery testing and training institute (NRFMTTI) Hisar, Haryana, another at Central Institute of Post-Harvest Engineering and Technology (CIPHET) Ludhiana, Punjab.

He has completed course in Rock Climbing from Pandit Dindayal Upadhyay Mountaineering Training Centre, Junagadh, Gujarat.

He had worked on Designing of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) under the guidance of Texas University, Austin, USA at Sanosara village, tal. Manavadar, dist. Junagadh during his bachelors.
