Rakesh holds a master's degree in Farm Machinery and Power from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, completed his bachelor's in Agricultural Engineering at CTAE, MPUAT Udaipur, and is currently pursuing Ph.D. With over eighteen years of experience, he is dedicated to supporting grassroots innovators, encouraging young students, and fostering entrepreneurship. He is engaged in incubating technological innovations, including documentation, evaluation, validation, value addition and protecting intellectual property rights. Additionally, he actively contributes to various administrative committees within the organization. Rakesh also serves as the coordinator of the Technology Business Incubator (TBI) and holds the position of Executive Director at the NIF Incubation and Entrepreneurship Council (NIFientreC).
