BERHAMPUR:IGNITE 2015, conducted by National Innovative Foundation, under ministry of science & technology, govt. Of India.

This program was started by Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam for encouraging young talents of India for giving Innovative ideas/products. After demise of Dr. A P J ABDUL KALAM the name is changed to Dr. A P J ABDUL KALAM IGNITE AWARD.

National innovative Foundation collects ideas from across country and short list best ideas and are awarded. This is being conducted every year. This year 31 ideas are selected for award. Miss Vaishnavi Patra of ODM Public School, Bhubaneswar is also selected for award for her Innovative idea of " Watch with medicine delivery system " this product will be a revolutionary product for patients who need to take medicine in proper time for survival like, diabetic, blood pressure, blood sugar and busy & elderly people.

Miss Vaishnavi Patra  is daughter of . Ranjit Kumar Patra & Mrs. Silla Padmaja. She is granddaughter of Dr. D Satyanarayana, retd. Professor of Khalokote Autonomous College, Berhampur.

At present studying 9th Class at ODM Public School,Bhubaneswar.She will be receiving award from President of India  in  function at IIM,Ahemdabad
