What’s the idea

Alarmed with increasing number of accidents, these children have found a way to prevent teenage drivers and others without proper training from driving. They suggest incorporating a slot near vehicle’s ignition for inserting the driving license. The system would stop anyone from driving if the license is not present, is invalid or has expired.
