Organisational Structure

At the top of the organizational hierarchy is the Governing Board, which oversees the entire organization. Below the Governing Board is the Chairperson, who is responsible for guiding the overall strategic direction and leadership. Reporting directly to the Chairperson is the Director, who is the central figure responsible for managing the daily operations of the organization. The Director is supported on both sides by two advisory and functional bodies: the Finance Committee on the left and the Research Advisory Committees on the right. These committees maintain a bidirectional relationship with the Director, indicating collaboration and feedback. Beneath the Director is a group labeled Departmental Heads, indicating that each major function or department is managed by a designated leader. The Departmental Heads supervise six core functional departments arranged horizontally beneath them: Scouting Documentation and Database Management, Value Addition Research and Development, Intellectual Property Management, Business Development, Dissemination and Social Diffusion, Information Technology and Knowledge Management Each of these departments represents a specialized function that collectively contributes to the mission and objectives of the organization.
