Ankita Singla holds an M.Tech in Agricultural Systems and Management from IIT Kharagpur and a B.Tech in Food Engineering from GJUS&T, Hisar. During her undergraduate studies, she completed industrial training at VITA, Jind and NDRI, Karnal. Her M.Tech dissertation focused on the rapid assessment of green coffee beans using diffuse reflectance spectroscopy.
Ankita is certified in data analysis and has experience in analyzing data, identifying trends, understanding business needs, and presenting key insights to stakeholders to support informed decision-making and drive business growth. She has worked extensively on grassroots-level projects related to rural prototype development and women’s empowerment, aiming to improve the livelihoods of rural artisans and communities.
