Mr. Shabir is an engineering student armed with dedication his extensive experience encompasses scouting and documenting technological innovations, conducting detailed documentation, prior art search to ascertain novelty, market benchmarking and technical guidance to innovators in prototyping their innovations. He is proficient in preparing technical drafts for patent filing, skilled in database management, good at communication and negotiation with good technical writing skills and proposal writing along with outreach coordination; conducting awareness camps, seminars, workshops and facilitating coordination with innovators and stakeholders for verification and validation of innovations. Notably, he has successfully completed various assignments related to VARD-Engineering at NIF-India. With his skillful knowledge, Er. Shabir has technically helped a number of grassroots innovators across the length and breadth of Jammu & Kashmir in order to scale up their innovations. In previous roles, he held diverse positions including Technical Officer GIAN-JK, followed by stints as an Innovation Associate and Project Associate-I at NIF-India in the VARD engineering.
