Mr. Paras holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering along with an MBA in Human Resources. Since June 2022, he has been employed as a Project Associate, At NIF he specifically works in the field of Value Addition Research and Development (VARD) within the engineering domains. In this role, his responsibilities are creating detailed engineering drawings, preparing documents, and conducting field visits to support our research and development initiatives. Since joining the organization in June 2022, he has acquired over 1 year of research and development experience. In addition to his academic achievements, he has completed a certified course in AutoCAD software and attended a Skill Development Program focused on the fundamentals of vehicle dynamics. Furthermore, he has successfully cleared the certified computer course examination conducted by NIELIT. His practical experience includes a one-month industrial training stint at Hindustan National Glass and Industries Limited. Notably, in 2021, he has cleared the written examination for the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) with distinction.
