Dr. Neha completed her masters in Industrial chemistry followed by M.Phil-Ph.D. in Nano Sciences from Central University of Gujarat. Her research work focused on semiconductor anchored cellulose nanocomposites. She has published several research papers in reputed international SCI journals. With a cumulative impact factor of 46, her h-index stands at 9 with 3 patents granted and 2 published. She served as an Assistant Professor in a private university before joining NIF. She joined NIF in Value Addition R&D, where she started her journey as a scientific writer. She played a crucial role in crafting the content for the book "India Innovates," which highlights prominent innovators and delves into the transformative stories behind their groundbreaking initiatives. She also served in INSPIRE MANAK team, where she value added in few awarded projects, mentored and evaluated the competition processes at district and national level empowering the next generation of thinkers and entrepreneurs. Later, she contributed in intensifying collaboration of NIF between India and international partners through Science Diplomacy, integrating grassroots and student innovations into development agendas. Also, she also oversaw tasks related to Knowledge Management ensuring an efficient collection, coordination, sharing, and utilization of activities & information.
She has seamlessly transitioned in heading Information Technology and Communication department where she manages the digital infrastructure and ensures internal and external communications through effective use of media, newsletters, and other social media communication channels. Her role involves safeguarding technological assets while promoting innovative achievements and timely updates on organisation's website.
