Their idea is about a sensor based system installed in the bathroom, which alerts family members if an elderly falls down in the bathroom and may not be in a position to unlock/ open the door. They observed that elderly people in bathrooms are in constant fear of slipping and getting fatal injuries. As they cannot call out for help this leads to late treatment and chances of death.
