Mr. Bhupendra Kumar, 24 years, has studied till the 12th standard. Because of an accident, he could not continue his studies but his interest in pursuing new experiments remained intact. He is developing an earthquake indicator using submersible gas detector.
Called Water-level indicator, it alerts one when the tank is about to overflow and ensures no wastage of water as also power.
